What Do We Do

All our services are within the legal framework. We are a licenced, authorized service.

Maintenance and Repair

We are authorized to repair gambling machines and determine the technical correctness of the equipment. We take care of the full compliance of the equipment. Inspection and control are our regular activities.

Field Visits

Our clients are spread across Vojvodina, and even Serbia, and field visits are a regular part of our daily activities. Whether it's an emergency intervention or not, we come.

Complete Service

For clients who have entrusted us with their needs, we solve all technical problems. When necessary, we collaborate with authorized laboratories, the Gambling Administration, and all other necessary organizations

Field Visit

1. Dispatch of authorized personnel to the field in Novi Sad or Vrbas.	1,500.00 RSD
2. Dispatch of authorized personnel to the field in Serbia per kilometer (toll fees are charged additionally)	36.00 RSD
3. Commencement of authorized personnel's working hour on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00	2,400.00 RSD
4. Commencement of authorized personnel's working hour on weekends, holidays, and after 16:00	3,400.00 RSD
5. Determining technical correctness (checking TFK of the machine)	2,800.00 RSD
6. Replacing TFK	3,000.00 RSD
7. Zero inspection	3,000.00 RSD
8. Service documentation preparation	1,500.00 RSD
9. Emergency inspection	3,000.00 RSD
